AMOUNT OF CHILD SUPPORT

I remember, a few months ago in. A regional forum was held in Lutsk “Justice, who sees the child”. Judges of the Supreme Court spoke at the forum, many other judges listened to them. Here there is a short summary of the forum, with links to presentations.

Reading the materials of the forum, visible, what “red thread” and the main thesis of the forum was the emphasis on ensuring the best interests of the child. And today I read this article: “The average amount of alimony, awarded by the court in 2025 year, composed 2,5 thousand. UAH”.

So one gets the impression, what if justice sees the child – then, it's a pity, often only “in half an eye”.
